2.Returns Region

Unlike most Fragrance companies we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns for STORE CREDIT and/or exchange on orders placed in the continental China until you find a fragrance from our collection that is to your liking. We are unable to offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the China at this time due to international shipping regulations.

3. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

3.1 Damaged or Defective Items
You may request a return or replacement if:

The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
You receive the wrong item

3.2 Requirements
To be eligible:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Provide proof of purchase
Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used items (unless defective)
Mystery items due to their random nature
Sale or discounted items

5. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide your order number and issue details
Submit photo or video evidence
Wait for approval before returning the item

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

7. Exchanges
We offer replacements instead of refunds in cases of:

Exchanges are subject to availability.

8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as delivered
Lost or stolen items after delivery
