This was a scent my wife and I had had our eyes on but hadn’t pulled the trigger: so glad we did. Full disclosure, we’ve never smelled the inspiration of this fragrance but it doesn’t matter since the smell was truly incredible. It changed beautifully on the skin and lasted for most of the day. Not having smelled the original before buying this, I didn’t know what to expect, but as soon as I put it on I knew it was going to be one of my go to fragrances. Man I can’t get enough of “Saxophone”, it smells just like Jazz Club and that smooth vanilla & tabacco notes even reminds me slightly of D&G the One from back in the day. Highly recommend.

Purchased as part of a 3pk bundle. Definitely has that cigar lounge, Smokey/Vanilla tone. Really strong to me on initial spray but settles in nicely after 30m or so. Female friends have asked scary I was wearing and seemed to like it, so there’s that. All in all, I don’t hate it, but would choose Suit & Tie again instead of this.

I’ve got a lot of compliments so far. The scent is very strong so I would recommend only 2 sprays a couple hours before going out and only when the weather is cold! Top notes aren’t the best but dry down is where you’ll find the compliments. I would only use this when going out to a bar or restaurant with friends.
